The Jennings Native has been playing Cajun music for 33 years as a drummer thanks to early encouragement from his father Elie, and uncle, Jessie Stutes Sr., also a drummer.
He has played with Mac Manuel and the Lake Charles Ramblers, Blackie Forrestier and the Cajun Aces, Ed Gary and the Louisiana Cajun Aces, Jesse Lege, Lagniappe, and his own band, Tommy Guidry, Keith Stutes and Cajun Livin.
Keith has played at festivals, benefits, clubs and nursing homes throughout Louisiana. As a part of the Friends Supporting Friends benefits, he recorded "Chelsea Day", a CD that helped raise money for the child.
He continues in this program playing benefits for those in need in the area.
